DESIGN PROPOSAL
The northern areas of the site remain fairly similar to their current state. The activity center and its nearby playground and amphitheater remain in place, as well as two baseball fields and their dugouts to the north.

The tennis and pickleball courts are expanded, however, as the Udall Master Plan (2010) revealed a need for more courts in the community and the ones on-site are frequently full. An additional soccer field is also added to the East. As the sports are organized by season, the beach volleyball courts were moved South of the Activity Center, next to new covered basketball areas.Finally, two additional baseball fields follow to the West.

South of the sports areas, a biking and hiking trail immersed in nature provides for a shaded and engaging experience.
